Louis XVI Chest Of Drawers, Stamped Weisweiler
Louis XVI sycamore "satiné gris" diamond marquetry chest of drawers, stamped Weisweiler.
The recessed front opens to five drawers in three rows. The white marble top rests on rounded uprights, with gilt brass baguettes and gilt bronze framing with pearl frieze. The order is mounted on four ringed toupie feet with ormolu clogs.
Stamped by Adam Weisweiler, cabinetmaker received master in 1778.
