Discover this iconic and fully documented piece by renowned French ceramist Mithé Espelt. This hand mirror, a true gem of mid-twentieth-century craftsmanship, is the model entitled "Moineau", listed in Antoine Candau's catalog raisonné (p. 156), "Pop Art" period (1960-1973).

This piece, dated 1968, bears witness to the artist's bold creativity. The central decoration depicts an elegant purple bird, highlighted by fine glazed earthenware work on a sandy background, typical of this series.
