Brahma Statuette, Bronze, Thailand
Brahma, lost-wax cast bronze statuette (one of a kind), deity with four heads and eight arms. On a pedestal adorned with lotus flowers, he wears the chakra, the scepter, the shell, the sutra and the kalasha, one right hand on the heart, one left hand facing the adept. Strong symbolism, this divinity is particularly common in Kmer or Thai art.
