China, 1950's/1960's, Pair of identical porcelain pots with lids in form and decoration, in porcelain.
This is a true pair, a counterpart, as the position of the various elements is perfectly reversed.
The pieces feature rich polychrome enamel decoration on glaze.
The rim of the top is delicately adorned with a frieze.
The base features a stylized vegetal frieze. At the top of the body runs a vegetal decoration adorned with branches.
On the body we discover a decoration in reserve featuring female figures and lotus flowers.
Dimension: Height 28 x Width 13.5 (cm).
Good condition. The two potiches rest on blackened wooden bases.
