A pair of gilded, carved wooden mirrors/ventilators dating from the second half of the 17th century.
The central oval frame is surrounded by an extremely elaborate decorative scheme in the Rococo style.
The upper section features an asymmetrical design with large scrolls, vine tendrils, shortened acanthus leaves, and stylized shell motifs.
The lower apron, serving as a visual counterbalance, is adorned with foliage motifs that conceal the attachment points of the two arms.
At the center is a vintage mercury mirror enclosed within an internal beaded frame.
