Bronze And Crystal Balloon Chandelier, Empire Style - 19th-20th Century
A hot-air balloon-shaped chandelier with patinated bronze mount, composed of a crown adorned with drapery and rosette friezes, bearing six arms of light with cut-crystal bobèches and pendants. The central structure is adorned with garlands of cascading crystal beads forming a cone. The lower part features a spray of cut-crystal pendants radiating downwards from the central axis, ending in a crystal sphere. It also contains 5 hidden sockets.
