Enad Limoges, Marguerite Mercier, Large Dish With Chestnut Trees In Art Nouveau Porcelain 1904
Artist: Marguerite Mercier
Magnificent large dish (50.3 cm diameter) in Limoges porcelain from the Art Nouveau period.
This dish was hand-painted and fired by Marguerite Mercier, a ceramic painter from ENAD (Ecole Nationale Arts Décoratifs) in Limoges.(Ecole Nationale des Arts Décoratifs) in Limoges and dated 1904.
The grand feu decoration with chestnut trees is typical of the Art Nouveau period.
The large size makes it a very decorative piece.
Two small restorations around the rim (restoration done by our porcelain restorer), it's not noticeable, but I'd like to point it out.
Signature in full Marguerite Mercier, 1904 and stamp AD and ENAD.
Delivery 50 euros in France, 100 euros in EU and 300 euros rest of the world.
This is a unique piece, price consistent with quality and dimensions, no discount possible, thank you.
