Superb Art Deco (1922 - 1923) period mushroom lamp with Damier decoration from Schneider - Le Verre Français.
Yellow powder-coated glass, lined with red powder-coated glass. It is signed on the foot of the tricolor berlingot (see photos). Original mounting.
This is an unreferenced decoration. A similar lamp can be found on page 112 of Marie-Christine Joulin and Gerold Maier's book.
Height: 43 cm. Diameter: 24 cm. Very good condition. No cracks or chips. A few acid stains. The lamp has been re-electrified.
