A Fine Antique Edwardian Gold Seed Pearl Festoon Necklace & Earring Suite C 1900.

A beautiful antique Edwardian seed pearl and turquoise suite, comprising a matching necklace and pair of drop earrings in unmarked yellow gold.

The necklace is designed in an elegant floral and scrolling motif, typical of the Edwardian period, set throughout with fine seed pearls and turquoise cabochons. The centre features a graceful turquoise drop pendant, echoed by two further turquoise drops along the articulated front section. The piece is suspended from a fine trace link gold chain with snap clasp.

The accompanying earrings are of matching floral design, each set with seed pearls and turquoise and terminating in a turquoise drop. They retain their hook wire pierced fittings.

The delicate colour contrast between the creamy seed pearls and vibrant turquoise stones creates a refined and highly wearable antique suite.
