Vintage Sapphire & Diamond Oval Cluster Ring – 18ct White Gold

A very elegant vintage 18ct white gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring, dating from the last quarter of the 20th century.

The ring is centred with a fine oval mixed-cut royal blue sapphire, securely four-claw set and measuring approximately 10mm x 8mm, assessed as around 2.50 carats. The sapphire displays an attractive deep royal blue colour and is beautifully framed by twelve brilliant-cut diamonds, each estimated at approximately 0.10 carats, giving an estimated total diamond weight of approximately 1.20 carats.

The diamonds are bright, lively stones and form a classic oval cluster design that enhances the colour and presence of the centre sapphire.

The ring is stamped “750 / 18kt” confirming 18ct gold, and has a gross weight of 5.5 grams.
