A Vintage Mid Century Graff 18ct Gold & Diamond Ladies Watch Mesh Bracelet 71g

A rare and exceptionally elegant vintage Graff diamond-set cocktail wristwatch, crafted in 18-karat yellow gold and distinguished by its substantial integrated textured mesh bracelet.

Weighing approximately 71 grams, the watch has the presence of an important piece of fine gold jewellery, combining Graff’s understated dial design with an elaborate sculptural case and bracelet.

The oval watch head is surrounded by a beautifully textured and ribbed yellow gold bezel. Arranged at regular intervals around the bezel are 12 contrasting white-metal vertical accents, each bead-set with three small round brilliant-cut diamonds, giving a total of 36 diamonds.

The diamonds provide a refined contrast against the richly textured yellow gold and frame the minimalist black dial, which is signed “Graff” beneath the 12 o’clock position and “SWISS” at the lower edge. A pair of elegant tapered yellow gold hands completes the restrained dial design.
