Bronze De Vienne: 5 Hens On A Trough
19th century polychrome bronze from Vienna.
On a large circular trough, 5 hens have gathered, 4 are perched on the edge and the fifth is on its own, lying at the bottom of the container, perhaps brooding.
They are all painted in polychrome, rather well preserved.
D trough: 11cm, H: 3.3cm.
Hens' length: 2.5 to 3cm.
This rare model is in good condition.
