Officer's chest of drawers in moiré lemon veneer, mahogany and brass fillets.
This handsome, refined piece of furniture, with fluted uprights gathered in brass and topped with an amaranth plaque inlaid with brass stars, opens with 3 large drawers. It is topped with a white marble set in a diamond-patterned gallery.

Our chest of drawers, made in Lyon and veneered on walnut, is a late Louis XVI production that may have been made during the Directoire period, between 1790 and 1800.

An excellent piece of furniture, it is veneered with refined wood species: lemon moiré for a luminous effect and pearly reflections, enriched with brass, in mahogany frames.

A very fine collector's item. Louis XVI furniture in lemonwood is displayed in the greatest museums.

Our furniture is in excellent condition. It has just come from our cabinetmaker, who restored it and stamped the varnish the old-fashioned way (not sprayed).
