Signed by the prestigious Omega house, a major figure in Swiss watchmaking since the 19th century, this wristwatch embodies both the brand's technical excellence and the creative audacity of the Art Deco years.

This particularly sought-after model, known as the "Driver", is distinguished by its rectangular yellow gold case with an asymmetrical, sloping volume. Designed for automobile drivers, this ingenious architecture allows immediate reading of the time without wrist movement - an emblematic innovation of the interwar period, now rare on the market.

The aesthetic evokes the great "Tank" watches of the same period, with a handsome yellow gold case volume (hallmark ET, Exempté de Titre) with full, curved lines, giving the piece an assertive presence on the wrist. This stylistic kinship, combined with the model's specific inclination, gives it a personality that is both classic and singular. Today, its volume makes it perfectly mixed.

The dial, of great elegance, develops a typically Art Deco vocabulary: stylized Arabic numerals, chemin de fer minute track and small seconds at 6 o'clock. The blued hands enhance contrast and legibility while adding an extra touch of refinement.

The watch is powered by the Omega T17 mechanical caliber, the manufacture's emblematic rectangular movement, renowned for its finesse, reliability and perfect suitability for this type of streamlined case.

Bringing together the signature of a great house, a specific watchmaking typology and an aesthetic close to iconic models, this watch is an elegant, rare collector's item that is particularly sought-after by lovers of antique watchmaking.

In perfect condition and serviced, its good working order is guaranteed by us for one year (except in the event of shock or immersion). Please note: the mark on the bottom of the case is only due to the hallmark.
