Kabuto - Edo Period
Kabuto in black lacquered iron, accompanied by a partial face guard (menpō) and topped by a large frontal ornament (maedate) of heraldic and symbolic character.
On the front stands out a large maedate composed of a large crescent moon (mikazuki) in copper-plated metal, characteristic of ceremonial armor.
Late Edo period (1603-1868).
