very finely carved, representing King Henri IV
(1553-1610) in bust and relief, he is adorned
with armor, laurelled and wearing the Order of the Holy Spirit ,
and Maximilien de Béthune dit Sully (1559-1641)
also in armor. French work from the early
nineteenth century. Good condition.
