Large Prussian Reservist Mug Late 19th Century.
The cup is subdivided into three tableaux, of equal importance, one and marked "Mon cher Chaton" and on either side, two captioned scenes.
One scene features the officer on guard duty, the other scene the officer on leave with his wife. The saucer and decorated with flowers and a handshake marked "Take this gift from my hand and drink it for the rest of your life". Very good condition.
