Le Bal Tabarin was a Parisian cabaret located at 36, rue Victor-Massé in the 9th arrondissement at the foot of Montmartre, active from 1904 to 1953. The name refers to the early 17th-century comedian and fairground entertainer Antoine Girard, nicknamed Tabarin. Among the artists who performed at the Bal Tabarin were guitarist Django Reinhardt, singers Joséphine Baker, Damia, Suzy Delair, Zizi Jeanmaire and Juliette Gréco, and Jacques Tati.
