This Meridienne à Chevets en Forme de Col de Cygne, is upholstered in Red and Cream Striped Fabric, Passementerie Finish, and its Coussin Traversin and Coussins d'Appui. Its Belt is embellished with a Remarkable Central Decoration of Two Winged Sphinxes and Stylized Vegetal Motif, Punctuated with Stars. It rests on Remarkable Feet decorated with Griffins with unfurled Wings, resting on Clawed Sabots. Its Frames are enriched with Bronzes decorated with Palmettes and Foliage. Beautiful, rich ornamentation in Gilded and Chased Bronze, such as Claws, Swan Heads, Winged Griffins, Stars, Palmettes, Frames, Mascarons. Very fine wood.
