Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia (Austria-Hungary), an industrial center for ceramics.Often referred to as "RSt&K" in its early days, it became known as "Amphora" in the late 1890s, followed by other variants such as "Imperial Amphora".The pieces are distinguished by sinuous, natural motifs (insects, flora, women) and orientalist influences.Ivoire Porcelain": Amphora is famous for its use of a matte, yellowish, malleable yet resistant porcelain, perfect for minute details.
