Description:

This stem-form chandelier, emblematic of the Louis XVI period, combines classical elegance and refinement. Its structure in gilt bronz largely original and cut crystal elements make it a standout piece of 18th-century French decorative art.

Central décor: A stacked arrangement of cut-crystal balls, accented by plaques, stars, and rosettes in crystal, creating a delicate play of light.

Lighting system: Six peripheral candle arms, each fitted with electrified opaline false candles, compliant with European standards (adapter for American standards available upon request).

Finial: Ends with a cut-crystal ball.

Crafted in France between 1770 and 1780, this chandelier reflects the shift in decorative arts under Louis XVI, characterized by a return to classical rigor and symmetry, following the exuberance of the Rococo style.
