Vital Keuller (Lille, 1866 -Brussels, 1945)
A Belgian painter, watercolorist and poster designer, Vital Keuller studied with Jean Portaels and Joseph Stallaert at the Académie royale des beaux-arts de Bruxelles (1884-1888). At the 1897 Universal Exhibition, he was in charge of a procession depicting the history of the Congo.
In 1900, he joined the administrative committee of the Société Nationale des Aquarellistes et Pastellistes de Belgique and exhibited at several of the association's annual shows.
Works in the Ostend Museum.
