Charming Louis XV period dressing table, 18th century, made of veneered wood with geometric marquetry decoration, resting on four curved legs finished with small bronze sabots.
The top shelf opens with three flaps, revealing a compartmentalized interior intended for toilet accessories as well as a retractable central mirror. The front features an elegantly curved line and opens with several drawers, including a central drawer forming a leather-wrapped writing desk.
The sides are also decorated with beautiful diamond marquetry, demonstrating the meticulous workmanship typical of refined 18th-century toilet furniture.
The set is embellished with attractive bronze keyways and pulls.
An elegant and practical piece of furniture, representative of the feminine furniture of the Louis XV period.
