Late 18th Century Pair Of Neoclassical Painted Consolle Tables
Refined pair of carved wooden consolle tables, finely
painted with tempera. The consolles are crescent-shaped, with four truncated
pyramid legs typical of the period. The painted decoration lends great
elegance, with a faux Bardiglio marble effect on the top, while the body and
legs feature a white background against which ivy vines stand out. This pair of
consolle tables exudes great taste and refinement, adding a touch of class to
any space. Tuscan manufacture from the Louis XVI period, around the end of the
18th century.
