Hanap Milk Jug -porcelain Of Paris - Ep. XVIIIth - Louis XVI

In the shape of an upside-down ewer-casket, resting on a pedestal, has on one side the pouring spout and on the other the handle attachment, at the top a wide flat but slightly curved wing.

HARD porcelain.

White background, in the center, a round medallion encircled by a gold fillet and surmounted by a garland of foliage, with landscape decoration in sepia cameo. The border features a wide band decorated with a garland of roses on a gold stippled background, surrounded by gold garlands and fillets. Gold highlights on the handle.
