Pair Of Bronze Torches,empire: Electrified Lamps.
Pair of antique, electrified, Empire-style torches. Bronze, 2nd part 19 th century. The foot of the lamp is composed of a fluted stem supported by a "lion's paw" foot and terminated at the top by a capital with acanthus leaf decoration, supporting the spigotand bobèche. Brown patina bronze, complemented by a set of gilt bronze ornaments in gilded bronze. Electrification with bayonet bulb holder (type B22). Very slight traces of wear. Excellent condition.
