Art Nouveau Enamelled Frosted Glass Bowl - Legras, Montjoye Saint-denis
Elegant circular bowl in frosted glass, decorated with polychrome enamelled anemones, enhanced by gilded fillets and foliage. The floral decoration, treated with finesse and naturalism, is fully in keeping with the Art Nouveau aesthetic of the turn of the 20th century.
The glass has a frosted texture obtained by acid treatment, characteristic of the productions of the Legras house in Montjoye-Saint-Denis. The base is adorned with a cut star motif.
