Spectacular pediment decorated with an Indian head crowned with pearls, fleur-de-lys on both sides, finely sculpted drapery and multiple falls and scrolls of foliage throughout the pediment.
It opens with two six-panel leaves carved with floral, arabesque, scroll and geometric motifs.
The uprights and frame are straight and carved with bolt decoration, topped with serrated crosspieces at the bottom and carved with foliage at the top.
The top rail is carved with a frieze and multiple scrolls and flowers.
The sides are composed of six uneven panels with geometrical decoration, topped by a carved crosspiece with bolt decoration.
The whole resting on a straight crosspiece topped by a fine original cornice.
Walnut wood cabinet, entirely in its original condition...!
