18th Century Louis XV Commode
Very elegant little two-drawer chest of drawers, also called "SAUTEUSE", in Walnut wood. It is sculpted and molded on all sides, it is curved concave and convex on the front as well as on the sides. All resting on four very elegant winding feet. It is topped with a slightly gray veined "Blanc de Carrara" marble, original in perfect condition. Original bronze pull handles and keyholes. Dresser in perfect condition, no restorations. Period 18th century around 1740/1750.
