Swiss work from Brienz circa 1890.
Covered wooden cup carved on the leg of the cup, with animals, horses, cows, sheep and a shepherd and his dog.
In the upper part two men carved in the round sitting on an embankment are quenching their thirst
a dog is lying at their feet.
Note that the inside part is slightly missing, and that the foot of the shower has been restored ( an old sticking ) see photos .
