The box, in blackened veneer adorned with a stylish central cartouche, has visible accidents on the outside. The interior is in fine condition, with its original carefully compartmentalized upholstery, perfectly showcasing the pieces it houses.

The service, complete with a set of cutlery, is in the Louis XVI style.

The set is in Minerve hallmarked sterling silver, richly vermeiled, offering a beautiful brilliance and a quality of execution characteristic of 19th-century French silverware.
