Gilt bronze medal holder, featuring on the upper register Instruction for "civilization" and a military scene "against barbarism"; in the center a medallion marked: Offered by the Maison Jacques Anerle et Cie, is topped with a torch flanked by laurel leaves.
On the main register, left side a sword is traversed by a garland of laurel and oak leaves, and down the right side is a radiant sun "La victoire"; in the center a Croix de Guerre 14/18 two-star medal.
This plaque is attributed to Monsieur Georges Boquet.
Very good condition.
