Louis XIII Standing Man, 2-body Walnut Cabinet With Diminutive, Twisted Columns, 17th Century

Very handsome solid walnut cabinet or Standing Man from the Louis XIII period, 17th century.
Composed of two superimposed parts, our piece of furniture opens on the front with two leaves separated by a wide through drawer fitted with two wrought-iron pendants.
The uprights, as well as the crosspieces, are embellished with seven applied twisted half-columns.
Two consoles, each carved with a heart, frame the drawer.
Each door is carved with four triangles in each corner, as well as a large central panel, all with strongly molded contours.
The two sides of our piece are also worked in symmetry with the front and feature the same motifs and moldings.
Very fine piece of furniture, rare on the market due to its small dimensions.
