Gilt bronze with finely chased mercury, a memento mori at the scabbard apex. Complete with buckle. Guard monogrammed FA, spindle (handle) richly ornamented.Steel blade.
Dimensions . Total length stored in its scabbard: 22 cm.... Blade: 12 cm. slight traces of oxidation on the blade.
Wallet picks were frequently worn concealed by ladies going out in the evening. In case of aggression, the effect was undoubtedly pacifying.
