Slightly serpentine in form, veneered in wood, with marquetry decoration of musical instruments and flowers, opening with a darkened drop-front concealed by a mirror. It opens with a drawer in the frieze above a simulated drawer. It rests on cabriole legs. Stamped. Louis XV period. Gilt bronze mounts including the molding, keyhole escutcheons, and foot rings.
