Magnificent set of six straw chairs with elegant high backs, quality craftsmanship dating from the early 1900s. Stable and robust, truly excellent workmanship, entirely made of solid oak. Beautiful patina, in good original condition with signs of wear consistent with age (see photos). A few small snags in the straw, but not noticeable. They come from a bourgeois home in Burgundy. Back height 1.17m. Seat height 45cm. Seat depth 41cm. Seat length 44.5cm.
