Six Cane-backed Mahogany Chairs, Neo-classical Style
A set of six mahogany dining chairs, featuring caned seats and backs in the Neoclassical style with a curved back, tapered front legs, and straight rear legs. Early 20th century. One caned seat has been replaced; it is a later addition and is slightly lighter in color. The chairs are sturdy, relatively lightweight, and have no play in the joints.
