Impressive and superb sculpture "The Ride" by C. Charles, produced by Max Le Verrier. A very beautiful subject, typical of the Art Deco period, with this woman in a long cape and the horse's rearing stance. Very aesthetically pleasing, I'll let you be the judge. The piece is signed C. Charles at the base, a well-known model among collectors. It was produced by the foundry Max Le Verrier. Impressive dimensions: 62 cm long, 54 cm high, over 22 kg! Very good condition, some wear to the patina in places, entirely expected for its age. Circa 1930. A sublime Art Deco sculpture, a must-have.
