This beautiful Louis XVI style chaise longue, crafted from carved walnut, comes with a matching footrest, forming an elegant and comfortable set, made in the 19th century. The elongated medallion-shaped back is upholstered in a striped fabric with a floral design, in very good condition and perfectly taut. The curved armrests rest on fluted uprights, typical of the Louis XVI style. The seat is wide and comfortable, extending into a separate footrest, echoing the same lines and fabric, allowing it to be used as a chaise longue. The molded apron is adorned with carved floral motifs, and the whole rests on tapered, fluted legs, characteristic of the style.
