The handles are richly decorated with scrolls and twists in the Louis XV style, with a cartouche engraved with the monogram “BR”.

The knife blade is finely openwork with a vegetal motif, typical of late 19th-century fish serving sets.

The Minerva hallmark (950/1000 silver) is present.
