Eleganthand-carved solid walnut sofa. Its shape is distinguished by the wavy lines ofthe backrest and armrests, while the legs, characterised by a slightly curvedtruncated pyramid shape, recall the style of the Directoire period. To furtherembellish the sofa, two gilded bronze flowers are placed on the armrests. Theseat is padded and has three removable cushions covered in olive green-yellowfabric. The sofa is in excellent condition, its great class and elegance isideal for furnishing any room with refinement. Tuscan manufacture from theneoclassical period, around the end of the 18th century.
