Set of 17 antique glazed stoneware jars, for preserving or curing meats, in nuanced beige-brown hues, with a notch in the neck to unlock the lid (which was often made of wood). The lids are missing. A lovely decorative set for a caterer's or brasserie setting, in good used condition. Approximate height of each jar: 30 cm, diameter: 17 cm. Early 20th century.
