"Pastel Portrait Of Mademoiselle De Blois"
A charming pastel portrait of Mademoiselle de Blois, the illegitimate daughter of Louis XIV. She is depicted in three-quarter view, wearing a shimmering pink dress adorned with jewels, lace, and a blue cape. A beautifully executed and remarkably fresh work, bearing a signature yet to be deciphered, and probably painted in the 19th century in the style of the 18th century. In perfect condition, it is presented in an oval natural wood frame with its original blown glass pane. Overall dimensions: 48 x 39 cm
