A painter from the St. Petersburg aristocracy, he arrived in France in 1923 with his sister, Hélène Guertick, illustrator of the Père Castor books. A studio sale took place at Maître Charbonneaux's auction house on February 10, 1991. A striking pastel work (?) on waxed cardboard, the piece is signed, located, and dated in the lower right corner: Lusson Aix en P (Aix-en-Provence) 12/1956.
