Articulated Wooden Artist's Mannequin - Late 19th Century

Fully articulated, it features a structure composed of cylindrical and curved elements assembled with original metal pegs and axles, allowing for a wide range of movement. The torso is formed of superimposed discs mounted on a central axis, offering additional flexibility in tilt and rotation, characteristic of antique workshop models. The deliberately stylized and refined head, as well as the limbs with their softened forms, attest to meticulous craftsmanship.
