Double-sided Lacquered Wood Screen, Cuircet Silk, 19th Century
Important three-panel screen in carved and lacquered wood, decorated with a frieze of ribbons and branches. It is double-sided: on one side, panels of 18th/19th-century Cordovan leather decorated with plumes; on the other, a precious brocaded silk damask featuring Indian flowers. In good overall condition.
