Hard-paste porcelain luncheon from the Royal Sèvres Manufactory. Monogram of Napoleon III in blue, corresponding to the Royal Service of the Offices of the royal residences outside Paris. Condition report: excellent condition. There are no chips, contrary to what the first photo might suggest.
