Louis XVI Style Marble Lamp, Late 19th Century
Superb Louis XVI style marble lamp, late 19th century. Later electrified. Four-legged base with fluted bronze finials. Square base surmounted by a highly gadrooned vase with two bronze lion's head finials. Very elegant neck ending in a beaded bronze ring. Socket pierced on the side to allow the electrical wire to pass through without damaging the vase. Sold without a lampshade. Very good overall condition. Height: 40.5 cm, Diameter: 19.5 cm, Base width: 13 cm
