"Late 19th Century Silver Bouillon Cube "
Broth covered  (or small soup tureen) in silver from the late 19th century with its interior in silver gilt 
It has two finely crafted handles decorated with foliage, and the fretel is in the shape of a bursting pomegranate.

Weight: 523 g.
Length from handle to handle: 21 cm.
Silversmith: Paul Reczka (late 19th-early 20th century). His name is inscribed on the back of one handle.

This firm, established in 1815, had a workshop in Pessac, while its sales outlets were located at 67 rue des 3 Conils and 46 rue du Ruat in Bordeaux.
The silversmith's hallmark was a bee and a beehive.
