Ari armchair and footstool by Arne Norell (1917-1971) for Norell Möbel AB, in steel and tan leather, Sweden, early 1970s edition. In very good condition, the leather has been cleaned and oiled in several stages and displays a beautiful, deep, and nuanced patina. Armchair: H 77 cm x D 90 cm x W 65 cm x Seat H 34 cm. Footstool: W 65 cm x D 50 cm x H 39 cm. A very small period restoration mark on the footstool (see photo, size comparison with a coin).
